What’s a typical day as a remote Insurance Claims Processor? You’ll be:


  • Processing insurance documents accurately and on time to ensure proper coverage for homeowners and meet client satisfaction goals
  • Identifying policy types and determining appropriate actions (e.g., PUD, Townhome, Flood, Wind, etc.)
  • Making timely premium payments from escrow accounts to maintain continuous coverage
  • Managing multiple demands and priorities to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Communicating and coordinating with insurance agents and carriers to verify information, update statuses, and fulfill requirements
  • Building effective internal relationships and supporting teamwork to achieve company goals
