<strong>Interim Nurse Leader – Monarch Healthcare Management<br><br></strong><strong>Location:</strong> Various Monarch Facilities (Travel Required)<br><br><strong>Position Type:</strong> Temporary / On-Call<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an <strong>Interim Nurse Leader</strong> to provide temporary leadership coverage across our long-term care facilities. This role ensures the highest level of nursing services by supporting knowledgeable, well-trained, and compassionate staff. Travel may be required to meet facility needs.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide interim leadership in nursing administration as assigned.</li><li>Duties will vary depending on facility needs; job descriptions will be provided for each assignment.</li><li>Participate in facility on-call rotation during leadership assignments.</li><li>Support nursing teams in daily operations and patient care standards.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Position Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Valid RN license in Minnesota.</li><li>Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing administration in a long-term care facility.</li><li>Strong understanding of technology and comfort using electronic health records and other digital tools.</li><li>Complete required e-learning courses by deadlines.</li><li>Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing assignments.</li><li>Adherence to Monarch’s attendance, punctuality, policies, and procedures.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation<br><br></strong><ul><li>RN: $70.00/hour</li><li>Mileage not reimbursed<br><br></li></ul><strong>Scheduling Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Participation in facility on-call rotation during assignments.</li><li>Assignment lengths agreed upon in advance.</li><li>No overtime without prior approval.</li><li>If no leadership assignment is available, the Interim Nurse Leader may opt to work RN shifts at the Monarch Float Pool rate.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Monarch<br><br></strong>Monarch Healthcare Management is a mission-driven company that is changing the way short-term rehabilitation and long-term care are delivered.
