Internship Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This role offers invaluable exposure to the operations of a luxury yacht brokerage, from client interactions to financial processes and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working with confidential information. You do not need to already know how to use platforms such as Copper, Airtable, Quickbooks, however this is a plus if you do.

Key Responsibilities:

Gain a comprehensive understanding of yacht charter and sales brokerage operations.

Assist with high-profile client communications and relationship management.

Support financial tasks, including QuickBooks payment collections and payouts.

Maintain and update Copper CRM and Airtable databases.

Assist in marketing efforts, including content creation and social media management.

Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.

Perform additional duties as needed to support the brokerage team.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and professionalism, particularly in high-net-worth environments.

Familiarity with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and Airtable (or willingness to learn).

Interest in luxury markets, yachting, or high-end sales.
