This role ensures timely and accurate invoicing, optimized cash flow, minimized bad debt exposure, and strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.<br>The I2C Manager drives process improvements, automation initiatives, KPI performance (DSO, aging), and compliance while maintaining a strong customer experience focus.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>What You'll Bring:</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>1. Operational Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Oversee billing, cash application, collections, and dispute management teams.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation in compliance with contractual terms.</li><li>Monitor daily cash posting and unapplied cash resolution.</li><li>Drive collections strategy to reduce DSO and improve aging buckets.</li><li>Review credit limits and approve credit risk decisions within authority.</li></ul><p><b>2. Cash Flow & Performance Management</b></p><ul><li>Own KPIs including:<ul><li>DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)</li><li>Aging >90 days</li><li>Bad debt reserves</li><li>Billing accuracy rate</li></ul></li><li>Prepare monthly AR reporting and executive dashboards.</li><li>Identify trends impacting cash flow and implement corrective actions.</li></ul><p><b>3. Process Improvement & Automation</b></p><ul><li>Lead automation initiatives (invoice delivery automation, EDI, portal integrations).</li><li>Align with Billing Director and Collections Leadership on Standardized global billing and collections processes.</li><li>Partner with IT on ERP enhancements (Peoplesoft, High Radius, Power BI)</li><li>Support system integrations during acquisitions.</li></ul><p><b>4. Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Partner with Sales on contract review, customer onboarding and collection activities</li><li>Work with Legal on dispute escalations and contractual compliance.</li><li>Support integration of new business units into O2C framework.</li></ul><p><b>5. Risk & Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure SOX/internal control compliance for I2C Processes</li><li>Monitor write-offs and approve within delegation of authority.</li><li>Maintain audit-ready documentation.</li></ul><p><b>6.
