Job Overview

We are hiring a tech-savvy and motivated IT Support Apprentice to assist in desktop setup, network configuration, and day-to-day IT support tasks. This apprenticeship offers a great entry point into the IT field, with hands-on learning in hardware setup, user support, and network maintenance.

Ideal for recent graduates, diploma holders, or individuals looking to transition into IT roles with real-world experience and structured learning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Support setup and maintenance of LAN/Wi-Fi networks and hardware firewalls
  • Troubleshoot common hardware, OS, and software issues (Windows, macOS, Office 365)
  • Perform basic system updates, backups, and antivirus scans
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and help desk documentation
  • Work under the guidance of senior IT support staff and follow security protocols

Qualifications and Requirements

  • ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc./BCA/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
  • Strong interest in IT support, troubleshooting, and user assistance
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team, follow SOPs, and manage time efficiently
  • No prior experience needed – structured training will be provided
