<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Accountant</strong><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant who will play a key role in our accounting team. The successful candidate will perform account analysis and reconciliations, assist in the month-end close process, and handle consolidated fixed asset reporting. This position requires maintaining bank and inter-company reconciliations, alongside performing other duties as assigned.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform account analysis and reconciliations.</li><li>Assist in month-end close processes.</li><li>Conduct consolidated fixed asset reporting.</li><li>Maintain bank reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain inter-company reconciliations.</li><li>Provide support in all accounting related areas as directed.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proficient in Accounting, Reconciliation, and Reporting.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems.</li><li>2 years or more of experience in the Accounting/Finance field.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent discipline.</li><li>Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong><p>This position is fully onsite at our corporate headquarters, working in a cubicle environment.
