We are looking for a Junior Project Manager- UAE National to actively manage projects, key clients, and working within a multidiscipline team of architects, engineers and cost management consultants providing a comprehensive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help in the overall management of the project
  • Preparation of project quality plan
  • Help in the preparation of progress reports
  • Aid in the preparation of tender documents.
  • Maintenance of the project programme with the Project Planner
  • Aid in project planning and control
  • Help the project manager in the financial control of the project
  • Maintain risk register
  • Instigate design reviews
  • Aid in the appointment and management of all required sub-consultants or other services
  • Help in the technical co-ordination with discipline heads

Requirements:

Technical Competencies

  • Experience in Infrastructure design
  • Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes
  • Reasonable knowledge of the following software: project planning software and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Behavioural Competencies

  • Experience in working within a team
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team
  • Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way

Education & Experience:

  • Degree qualified – minimum requirement of BE or other professional qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Management
  • Family book is mandatory for UAE nationals
