Lead Generation Specialist

This is a remote, part-time role - hours per week may ebb and flow based on workload needs.

We are looking for a mid to senior level Lead Generation Specialist to support B2B professional services clients experiencing a slowdown in inbound leads and low website form conversions. This role will focus on developing and executing a strategic, intent-based marketing approach to drive qualified B2B leads through HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a lead generation strategy tailored for B2B professional services
- Build and manage HubSpot marketing campaigns, ensuring proper campaign structure and tracking
- Create and deploy targeted drip email campaigns for segmented audiences
- Set up landing pages optimized for specific industry verticals and conversion
- Identify and execute intent-based marketing tactics to improve inbound performance
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to increase lead volume and quality

Immediate Priority:
- Establish a clear lead generation strategy and launch initial drip campaigns prior to June 11

Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B lead gen marketing, ideally within professional services (CPA, financial services,  consulting, etc.)
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Pro (campaign setup, automation, segmentation)
- Experience creating high-converting landing pages and email workflows
- Understanding of intent-based marketing and demand generation principles

Bonus Skillset:
- Ability to set up and manage Google Search (paid search) campaigns
