Empower Yourself.</p><p>Lead Software Engineer is an intermediate technical leadership role responsible for helping the team set the tone with following the approved architecture and producing solutions and design considerations for the development, maintenance, and improvement of software applications. The role will also establish best practices in software development, coding, code-review, testing, and problem-solving.
