Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000

What You’ll Do
  • Submit, track, and manage invoices through e-billing vendor platforms (e.g., CounselLink, Legal Tracker, Serengeti, etc.)
  • Ensure invoices comply with client-specific billing guidelines and resolve rejections, reductions, and appeals
  • Convert and upload invoices in LEDES formats as required
  • Act as liaison between attorneys, billing teams, and clients to resolve e-billing issues
  • Monitor invoice status, follow up on outstanding submissions, and ensure timely payment processing
  • Maintain and update billing guidelines, matter setups, and vendor system requirements
  • Partner with internal billing teams to ensure accurate data flow from Aderant into e-billing systems
What We’re Looking For
  • Law firm e-billing experience (required)
  • Experience with major e-billing vendor platforms (required)
  • Aderant billing software experience (required)
  • Strong understanding of client billing guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting invoice rejections and reductions
