Licensed Aesthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As an Aesthetician, you will provide a variety of facial and body treatments to enhance the beauty and wellness of our clients. Experience with medical aesthetics and knowledge of treatments like chemical peels, microneedling, and laser therapies is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience with lasers, Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, GentleMax Pro, and Ultherapy treatments; with established clients and looking for a better opportunity. The position is located inside a high traffic medical clinic with opportunities to expand clientele. Over 100 walk-in clients per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and facial massage.
  • Administer advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and laser therapies.
  • Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and treatments.
  • Provide body treatments, including wraps and scrubs, and assist with other wellness therapies as needed.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare products, and overall skincare maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a personalized, high-quality experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and attend relevant training to ensure expertise in the latest techniques and treatments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and cohesive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Aesthetician in Nevada.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in aesthetic or skincare treatments.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics preferred (chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess client skin concerns and tailor treatments accordingly.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
