  • Guide clients through plan selection with a consultative, education-first approach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and employer groups.

  • Proven track record in sales, insurance, or benefits – or a strong desire to build one.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills – you lead with empathy, not a pitch.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
  • Passion for helping underserved communities access quality insurance.
  • Experience working with small businesses; experience working with customers in the transportation industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
  • Competitive commission structure with residuals on renewals.
  • Robust medical, dental, vision, and other benefits to help you thrive.
  • Comprehensive training, onboarding support, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Opportunities to grow into leadership or specialty roles as Realm Health expands.
  • The ability to build a real, lasting career by helping people who need it.
