We believe in fostering environments where team members feel included, valued, and empowered to do their best work.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Work Location:</strong> This position will be strategically located in Florida in either the northeast (e.g., Jacksonville), central west coast (e.g., Tampa area), or south (e.g., Miami).</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Facilitation & Implementation</strong></div> <ul> <li>Facilitate and support team members facilitating face-to-face, virtual, and online professional development learning experiences</li> <li>Model successful face-to-face professional learning experiences as new implementation staff are onboarded</li> <li>Support virtual course offerings</li> <li>Execute implementation components of Project Charters with the implementation project budget available: travel, materials, personnel, other items necessary</li> <li>Instruct courses within a virtual professional learning management system</li> <li>Design and facilitate intensive, multi-day literacy-related professional learning experiences for school administrators, coaches, and teachers</li> <li>Create agendas that support the goals and objectives of the Literacy Initiatives within the Lastinger Center. This includes working with other LC personnel to craft meaningful agendas that meet the guidelines and objectives of the literacy initiatives</li> <li>Assist in the creation of institute materials.
