Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a high-volume, well-supported anesthesia program offering consistent weekday scheduling, minimal call expectations, and a broad case mix across multiple facilities.

Opportunity Snapshot

Contract Type: Locum Tenens

Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing

Schedule Options

  • 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Structure:
  • Call is rarely required for locums
  • If taken:
    • Weekday OB call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (in-house)
    • Weekend call: 24-hour in-house OB coverage
Practice Environment
  • Multi-site anesthesia program across 8 facilities
  • ~32 operating rooms total
  • ~140 total cases per day across system
Care Team Model:
  • Primarily independent CRNA practice
  • Occasional medical direction depending on site needs
  • Physicians available for support and coordination
EMR: EPIC

This is a high-efficiency anesthesia model with flexibility and strong clinical support.

Clinical Scope

  • Broad case mix across all major specialties
  • General, ortho, GI, urology, and additional surgical services
  • No requirement for cardiac cases
  • Independent case management in most settings
This is a full-scope anesthesia role without high-acuity cardiac expectations.

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
  • Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain
  • NBCRNA certification
Experience:
  • Comfortable working independently in a hospital OR setting
  • Experience across multiple surgical specialties preferred
