• Coverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc: 4x 10hr shifts per week 7a-5p or 5x 8hr shifts per week 7a-3p.

• Frequency of any Call needed: Home call once every 2 weeks • Schedule Details: start / end times days of the week etc 7am to 5pm or 7-3 pm • Call being covered is must. Average call is once a week. We provide call from home 3-5 pm -7a during the week and 24 hours on the weekend. Call back response time is 30-45 minutes. Our weekly schedule varies between 4 x10 shifts and 5x8 shifts to match our block schedules. Almost all days post call are off. Post call folks are always first out. The need is to fill in a slot in our schedule matrix that all providers are a part of. It rotates and we all do the same thing.
