Required Skills

  • Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology
  • Valid Pennsylvania Medical License
  • DEA Certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of Urology practice experience
  • Proficiency in general urology procedures and inpatient care
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle 24-hour call shifts independently
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with Epic EMR system
  • Prior community hospital practice
  • Exposure to trauma patient management
  • Additional certifications in related urology specialties
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 5 years’ post-residency Urology experience in a hospital setting
  • Proven ability to manage diverse urological cases with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work two weekends per month and holidays
  • Willingness to support inpatient and ER call coverage
  • Credentialing within approximately 90 days; expedited credentialing available
  • Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
