  • Location: Remote (via EST)
  • Shift: 8:00pm-6:00am (TWTF)
  • Pay: $22-$26 per hour Pay varies based on experience

Employment Logistics: 

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the flow of shipments by facilitating communication between drivers, vendors, and customers. In this fast‑paced role, you’ll monitor active shipments, manage scheduling needs, track air waybills and flights, and help resolve delays to ensure products arrive quickly and safely. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple moving parts.

The Must-Haves:

  • Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch preferred

 

Your Mission in Motion: 

  • Support customer communication: Professionally communicate with customers via phone and email, respond to inquiries, and review shipment documentation for accuracy.
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution: Manage new order requests, schedule pickups and deliveries, and ensure alignment with customer and vendor requirements.
  • Monitor active shipments: Track shipments in the operations platform, monitor driver updates, and ensure all status information is accurate.
  • Manage air cargo operations: Develop flight plans, create air waybill bookings, track air waybills through airline cargo sites, and monitor active flights.
  • Stay ahead of disruptions: Identify cancellations or diversions and develop alternate plans to maintain service continuity.
  • Ensure quality and resolve issues: Coordinate driver performance, investigate delays, and provide leadership with detailed escalations and resolutions.
