Develop maintenance schedules for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and planned maintenance activities.
Plan, prepare, and validate clarity of approved work orders to ensure efficient scheduling, sequencing, and execution using the CMMS.
Define procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials required to perform planned work.
Develop, revise, and review maintenance work procedures to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and vendor requirements.
Maintain and update the maintenance information library and Reliability‐Centered Maintenance scheduling requirements.Maintenance Execution, Coordination & Field Oversight (25%) Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to execute the maintenance plan, including scheduling internal labour, contractors, and material resources.
Conduct in‐plant and field walkdowns to validate maintenance needs, improve work order quality, and perform job package reviews.
