In this role, you’ll drive benefits strategies, lead compensation cycles, oversee mobility programs, and guide a high‑performing team — all while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional employee experience.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><p>You will be responsible for the full Americas total rewards portfolio, including:</p><p></p><p>Total Rewards Leadership</p><ul><li>Lead the Americas total rewards strategy and annual operating rhythm, including benchmarking, budget modeling, governance, and communications.</li></ul><p>Benefits Strategy & Administration</p><ul><li>Own regional benefits strategy across medical, retirement, wellbeing, leaves, life/disability, and more.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and plan design for ~1,400 U.S. employees and a ~$25M benefits budget.</li></ul><p>Compensation Programs</p><ul><li>Drive compensation cycles, including market pricing, salary structures, pay equity, STI/LTI administration, job architecture, offers, and retention strategies.</li></ul><p>Mobility & Global Support</p><ul><li>Oversee domestic and international mobility, including relocations, transfers, and immigration/work authorization in partnership with external advisors.</li></ul><p>Team Leadership</p><ul><li>Lead and develop a high‑performing team of 4–5 total rewards professionals across compensation, benefits, and mobility.</li></ul><p>Compliance & Governance</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with U.S., Canada, and LATAM regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, IRS, DOL, provincial/state requirements).</li></ul><p>Analytics & Optimization</p><ul><li>Advance analytics, reporting, and plan optimization to improve employee experience and cost effectiveness.</li></ul><p>Regional Harmonization</p><ul><li>Lead harmonization initiatives for benefits, leave of absence, and time‑off programs across the Americas</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><p>Experience & Expertise</p><ul><li>8–10+ years in benefits and compensation with Americas regional scope; mobility experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven success leading annual compensation cycles and benefits renewals at scale.</li><li>Strong vendor management and deep knowledge of benefit plan governance and budget oversight.</li><li>Familiarity with immigration and relocation frameworks.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS/Comp modules (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.</li><li>Certifications (CEBS, CCP, GRP, GMS) and bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese are a plus.</li><li></li></ul><p><i>The salary range for this position is $128,400 - $160,500.00. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.</i></p><p></p>
