Implement a thorough evaluation process to assess the impact of initiatives within focus categories. Conduct pre-post analysis or A/B testing to compare performance metrics before and after the launch of initiatives, or between different groups. Determine the incremental value generated by initiatives by isolating their effects from other variables to accurately measure growth and success. Use actionable insights from the analysis to make informed decisions, such as extending successful initiatives or modifying them to better align with evolving needs and strategic goals. Employ a systematic approach to gain a comprehensive understanding of the performance of focus categories. Evaluate live and new listings to understand market availability and freshness. Analyze sales, volume, and price to assess consumer demand and market dynamics. Track visits and views to gauge customer interest and interaction. Conduct in-depth analyses during events and launches to understand their impact on focus categories, identifying trends and opportunities. Identify engaged consumers by analyzing metrics across their lifecycle, from website visits to purchases, for a comprehensive understanding.
