Ensures the suitability of the activities and artefacts to ensure the approach is not under/over engineered • Supervises a team in the root cause analysis and resolution of incidents and problems with technology in the architecture domain and in collaboration with other domains • Monitors the team's adherence to compliance standards, implementing IT governance and risk management processes that safeguard the organization's technology assets by tracking key metrics • Oversees the identification and documentation of key architecture decisions and ensures these are shared and agreed.
