 Do you want to contribute to making a better future?  If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.</p><p></p><p>Learn about our <a target="_blank" href="http://careers.tranetechnologies.com/global/en/benefits">benefits</a> designed for you to Thrive at work and at home. </p><p></p><p>We boldly go.</p><p></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Where is the work:</b></p>On-Site (5 days)<p> </p><p> </p><p><span><b>Responsibilities: </b></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Execute advanced electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs and installations, interpreting schematics and blueprints.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of drive-related issues to the component level for controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Allen Bradley.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Lead, train, and mentor Junior Maintenance Technicians.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and manage corrective actions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize machine performance.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical components (up to 480VAC 3 Phase), including motor starters, switches, and sensors, using basic test equipment like multi-meters and amp probes.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitor and troubleshoot machine programs to diagnose equipment faults.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate equipment failures and technical issues.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Escalate issues and temporary repairs to Maintenance Lead/Management to ensure comprehensive resolution plans are in place.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Provide feedback to Maintenance Management on scheduled work to ensure completion timely.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Communicate effectively within the shift and with the Maintenance team to address assistance requests.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Record all information and time in Apriso (CMMS) to track utilization and provide feedback on completed work.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Document and report major issues to Maintenance Lead/Management.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate and prioritize daily workload.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support the maintenance team and operations with positive motivation and team engagement.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Conduct routine preventative and reactive maintenance on operational equipment, buildings, and grounds.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Advise management on the need for outside services and collaborate with service representatives on equipment and controls repair and installation.</span><br /><br /><br /><b>Education Requirements:</b></span></li><li><span><span>High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 15 years of experience as an Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Technician OR</span> a d<span>egree in technical discipline (such as Industrial Maintenance Technology) with 7 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician</span><br /><br /><b>Required Skills and Experience:</b><br /><br /><span>• Minimum of 7 years as a Maintenance Technician with proven leadership experience.</span><br /><br /><span>•Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</span><br /><br /><span>•Minimum of 7 years of experience with industrial manufacturing machinery.</span><br /><br /><span>• Mechanically inclined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, machine tools, and test instruments.</span><br /><br /><span>•Knowledge of plant operations and systems (e.g., heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical, gas, building utility, manufacturing equipment, etc.).</span><br /><br /><span>• Controls experience is required.</span><br /><br /><span>•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span><br /><br /><span>• Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred).</span><br /><br /><span>•Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.</span><br /><br /><span>• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.</span><br /><br /><span>•Fanuc Robot Maintenance experience is a plus.</span></span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:</b></p>$33.00<p><b>Compensation Type:</b></p>Hourly<p><b>Incentive Eligible:</b></p>No<p><b>Sales Commission Eligible:</b></p>No<p></p><p><b>Disclaimer</b>: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
