Employees selected for this position are required to successfully complete the customized training program conducted at AB Tech. In addition, the employee will complete all required on-the-job training at Pratt & Whitney.  Manufacturing Operator(s) will be required to learn basic manufacturing processes within their assigned business unit. The manufacturing operator will be required to demonstrate key proficiencies which are required to become a certified machine operator. Employees must be flexible with their shift schedule to complete required training. There may be times when training is conducted on non-preferred shifts.   </u></i></p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Read and interpret work instructions</p></li><li><p>Learn to set up and operate a variety of production equipment and measuring devices.
