The Marketing Communications Manager – Social & Content Strategy serves as a cross-functional campaign strategist, storyteller, and social media channels owner who elevates Heartspring’s visibility and brand reputation across audiences. This role is responsible for leading integrated content and social media strategy in support of all marketing and communications initiatives, including lead generation, awareness-building, and digital engagement. As a key member of a lean, high-impact team, this individual balances creative storytelling with strategic planning. They partner closely with internal subject-matter experts and other members of the marketing and communications team to align messaging across channels and drive engagement by creating purposeful, audience-centered content.

As Marketing Communications Manager – Social & Content Strategy, you will:

Champion our integrity by crafting and executing brand-aligned content while exhibiting excellence through:

  • Content & Campaign Strategy: Lead the development and execution of multi channel content campaigns that support service line growth, community visibility, fundraising, and employee engagement. Create messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, and content briefs aligned to key priorities. (Excellence)
  • Social Media Leadership: Serve as the strategic lead for Heartspring’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). Develop content plans, write posts, lead video and visual storytelling efforts, engage audiences, and evaluate platform performance. Recommend improvements based on trends and analytics. (Leadership)
  • Storytelling & Brand Voice: Collaborate across departments to identify and tell compelling stories that reflect the impact of Heartspring’s services. Write original content for social, web, email, print, and other communications. Maintain brand voice and tone across all public-facing channels. (Celebration)
  • Video & Photo Capture: Support campaign storytelling and content creation through high-quality photography and video. Capture and edit visual content in partnership with the broader team. Requirements:
