ABOUT FLSS

Freedom Logistics Service Solutions (FLSS) is a nationwide mobile trailer maintenance and telematics company headquartered in Oklahoma. We dispatch technicians directly to fleet yards, drop lots, and roadside locations to keep dry vans and reefers in service — eliminating the cost and downtime of towing trailers to a shop. Our customers are fleet operators who measure us in trailers turned, hours saved, and miles kept moving.

We are growing quickly across multiple states and need a Marketing / Brand Manager to scale how fleet decision-makers find us, trust us, and choose us.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing / Brand Manager is the in-house owner of brand, demand generation, and marketing operations for FLSS. You will own how FLSS shows up across every touchpoint — website, LinkedIn, sales collateral, trucking trade shows, email outreach, video, and customer-facing documents — and drive measurable lead flow into the sales pipeline.

This is a hands-on, builder role. You will write the copy, design the assets, run the campaigns, capture the shop-floor video, and report the numbers. As FLSS grows, you will be the foundation we hire a marketing team around.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Stewardship

  • Own and enforce FLSS brand standards (logo usage, navy/red color palette, typography, voice) across every customer-facing surface.
  • Maintain a centralized brand asset library and template system for sales, operations, and HR.
  • Audit existing collateral — quotes, SLAs, training decks, sign-off sheets — and bring everything up to current brand standards.

Demand Generation & Fleet Outreach

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid search, content) targeting fleet maintenance directors, VPs of operations, and asset managers at carriers, 3PLs, and private fleets.
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists, cold outreach sequences, and nurture flows — including continued buildout of our existing 600+ contact fleet database.
  • Partner with Leadership on account-based campaigns aimed at strategic fleets and replacement opportunities for our existing book of business.

Content & Creative Production

  • Write blog posts, case studies, service one-pagers, proposals, and social content focused on trailer uptime, mobile dispatch economics, and PM compliance.
  • Capture and edit shop and roadside video content — mobile units in action, technician work on dry vans and reefers, before/after repair stories — for LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Design graphics for digital, print, trade show booths, mobile service trucks, and uniforms.

Digital Presence

  • Own the FLSS website — content, SEO for fleet maintenance and mobile trailer repair searches, conversion paths, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage the FLSS LinkedIn page and provide personal-brand support for the executive team.
  • Track Google Business Profiles, fleet review sites, and online reputation.

Trade Shows & Events

  • Plan and execute presence at trucking and fleet maintenance events (ATA Fleet Management, TMC, Truckload Carriers Association, regional fleet expos).
  • Design booth materials, manage pre-show outreach to registrants, and run post-show follow-up sequences that produce booked meetings, not just business cards.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Own the marketing tech stack (CRM, email platform, LinkedIn outreach tools, social scheduler, analytics).
  • Build a monthly marketing scorecard: leads, MQLs, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and brand reach in fleet markets.
  • Manage the marketing budget and report ROI by channel and campaign.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally selling into trucking, logistics, fleet services, heavy equipment, or industrial services.
  • Demonstrated range as both strategist and producer — you can build a campaign plan and also write the email and design the graphic.
  • Strong writing skills with a clear, direct, no-nonsense voice that resonates with fleet operators.
  • Working proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent), video editing, and basic web CMS / no-code site editing.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics, CRM data, and reporting on outcomes — not just activity.
  • A portfolio of campaigns, assets, or brand work you can walk us through.

Preferred

  • Creative video creation is a big plus — the ability to conceive, shoot, and edit short-form video that tells a story (not just B-roll) will set a candidate apart.
  • Direct experience marketing into trucking fleets, 3PLs, or trailer leasing companies.
  • Familiarity with industry publications and channels (FleetOwner, Heavy Duty Trucking, CCJ, Overdrive, FreightWaves).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or comparable B2B tools.
  • Trade show / event marketing experience in trucking or fleet maintenance.
  • Comfort spending time on a shop floor or in a yard to capture authentic content.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

  • Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Cost per qualified lead by channel.
  • Inbound inquiry volume and web traffic from target fleet markets.
  • Brand consistency across customer-facing materials.
  • Sales team satisfaction with the quality and availability of marketing assets.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Health benefits and PTO.
  • Direct access to Leadership and a real seat at the strategy table — your work shapes the company.
