Position Summary

Rock Enterprises I LLC is hiring a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support both Soccer Shots and Pars & Pints. This is a hands-on, field-based role for a motivated, organized, people-oriented professional who thrives outside the office—building relationships, executing marketing, supporting operations, and representing our brands in the community.

This position blends operations coordination, community engagement, daily social media execution, digital marketing, and partner relationship management. You will spend significant time in the field—visiting schools and partners, attending marketing events, delivering materials, capturing content, and supporting operations—while also contributing behind the scenes with planning, coordination, and follow-through.

The ideal candidate is scrappy, adaptable, and driven—someone who takes initiative, finds creative solutions, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Program Support (Soccer Shots)

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing Soccer Shots programs across our service areas.
  • Manage preseason logistics including site readiness, equipment preparation/distribution, and partner coordination
  • Support operations using tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, NBC Sports Engine, and Microsoft tools

Marketing, Partnerships & Community Engagement (Both Brands)

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner sites and community relationships
  • Represent Soccer Shots and Pars & Pints at events.
  • Deliver, maintain, and restock marketing supplies and signage across greater Memphis service area.
  • Help coordinate and execute local marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions for both brands.
  • Lead in creating marketing materials (flyers, signs, postcards, menus/promos, anything print Or digital)
  • Daily Social Media Management & Content Creation (Both Brands)
  • Own daily social media execution for both brands, including creating and publishing content every day based on the weekly plan and business priorities or season.
  • Plan and execute weekly content that drives enrollments (Soccer Shots) and bookings/memberships/events (Pars & Pints)
  • Capture photo/video in the field: classes, partner visits, events, behind-the-scenes, staff highlights, facility updates, product/menu features
  • Create and publish content across Instagram & Facebook (and additional platforms as needed)
  • Monitor and respond to comments/DMs and help manage community engagement
  • Maintain all Google and webpages.

Pars & Pints Events, Leagues & Tournaments

  • Help plan, create, and promote Pars & Pints tournaments and leagues (formats, themes, seasonal schedules)
  • Coordinate tournament logistics: registration details, rules/structure, prizes, signage, promotional calendar, and day-of support as needed
  • Build marketing content around tournaments (promo graphics, reels, announcements, recap content)
  • Support partnerships and sponsorship opportunities tied to tournaments and special events

Google SEO & Local Growth (Both Brands)

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (posts, photos, Q&A, services/categories)
  • Support local SEO improvements: keyword focus, local listings/citations consistency, and website update coordination
  • Drive and respond to Google reviews (review request process + professional responses)
  • Track performance indicators (profile actions, reviews, local visibility improvements)

Reporting & Organization

  • Maintain weekly priorities and task tracking in Monday.com (or team system)
  • Provide weekly operations + marketing recap: wins, learnings, and next steps
  • Track basic KPIs weekly in Level 10 staff meeting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing projects, events, operations, or marketing initiatives
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and social media tools
  • Comfortable working independently, being on the go, and collaborating with a remote team
  • Scrappy mindset: resourceful, adaptable, proactive problem-solver
  • Positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (significant local driving required)
  • Meta ads / paid social experience
  • Photo/video editing skills
  • Local SEO / Google Business Profile experience

Work Location

Hybrid (office + field-based) – Memphis office, with frequent travel for Soccer Shots across the Greater Memphis Area (Oakland to Hernando) and regular support for Pars & Pints in Southaven, MS (Silo Square) as needed.

Schedule & Structure

  • Job Type: Full-time (salary)
  • Expected Hours: Approximately 40–50 hours per week (varies by season and events)
  • Office Base: Memphis
  • Soccer Shots: Greater Memphis Area — Oakland, TN to Hernando, MS (and everywhere in between)
  • Pars & Pints: Southaven, MS (Silo Square) and surrounding area as needed
  • Schedule: Flexible and variable based on partner availability, event schedules, and operational priorities
  • Some events may begin as early as 7:00 AM and others may end as late as 7:30 PM
  • Occasional evenings and weekends required
  • This role does not follow traditional office hours and will vary week-to-week. During slower periods when no events or field responsibilities are scheduled, the workday will typically follow a standard office schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM).

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: $40,000–$45,000 per year (paid weekly)
  • $200 monthly gas stipend (travel varies week to week)
