Position Overview

We are hiring a Market Project Manager. The Market Project Manager will ensure that the planning, production and prioritization of mechanisms result in the timely creation of marketing-approved content that aligns to the annual marketing calendar.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative management of creative project and tactic requests, from submission to close of requests.
  • Continuously update the production timeline model using available data
  • Build a prioritization matrix to ensure work is triaged appropriately
  • Manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in Campaign, Portfolio and Digital meetings to inform, advise and plan the execution of deliverables supporting the business
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Support Specialist in the preparation of quarterly marketing calendars that augment the amplification of commercial activities across the company.

Required Skills/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences or Marketing, related field desired, or proven experience in a relevant field accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have education and/or PMP certificate in Project Management, or proven experience in relevant area.
  • 3+ years experience in project management
  • Experience using project management software tool(s)
  • Experience working within cross-functional stakeholders, driving accountability such that timelines are built, managed and met
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to define and influence processes
  • Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to build accountability
  • Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proficient with project management platform
  • Good written English required.

Salary and Benefits:
  • For California, the base salary range for this position is $71,600 - $92,900. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
