Kelsom Clinic PA in Irving, TX, is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and personable Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines traditional medical assisting responsibilities with aesthetics sales and patient engagement for our Alma Lasers aesthetic devices and body-contouring services.


Our ideal candidate is confident in communicating with patients, driven to succeed, comfortable recommending aesthetic treatments, and motivated by commission opportunities and performance bonuses.


Responsibilities

  • Verify and maintain accurate patient records
  • Prepare, clean, and sanitize exam rooms
  • Assist with routine medical procedures and patient care
  • Educate patients on aesthetic and wellness services offered by the clinic
  • Promote and help sell Alma Laser aesthetic treatments and packages
  • Build strong patient relationships and encourage repeat visits
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Assist with obtaining patient reviews and maintaining the clinic reputation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong sales experience in aesthetics, med spa, retail, fitness, or customer-facing roles may be considered in place of medical assistant experience
  • Sales, med spa, aesthetics, or customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with medical equipment and clinical procedures is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications/licenses are a plus
