The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Wellness & Weight Health, focusing on building B2B digital clinical products, overseeing the care delivery team, leading clinical efficacy studies, supporting HEOR studies, and driving growth initiatives with partners and clients.</p> </section> <section class="Job_column2__EY2DH"> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Work closely with the General Manager of Wellness & Weight Health to drive strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Assist in developing digital clinical products based on existing clinical guidelines, providing data-driven insights to drive cost-effectiveness and quality.</li> <li>Provide oversight and leadership to the care delivery team.</li> <li>Lead clinical outcomes studies and contribute to HEOR studies.</li> <li>Serve as primary liaison to enterprise clinical review boards</li> <li>Support growth initiatives by engaging with current and prospective partners and clients.</li> <li>Lead and assist in care delivery innovations and initiatives that will help ensure RVOH continuously advances science, healthcare, and the medical industry, creating scalability and repeatability in these initiatives.</li> <li>Set up and maintain all clinical standards across the business unit, including a Clinical Advisory Board made up of internal and external clinicians and executives </li> <li>Review and approve clinical protocols for our asynchronous and telehealth platform</li> <li>Set the talent bar and foster a culture that embodies HLTHY behaviors, values strong people leadership, and has a high-performance mindset</li> <li>Build and maintain a strong bench of practicing clinicians and continue to onboard certified physicians and expert FTEs as needed</li> <li>Remain updated on the latest developments in healthcare and the healthcare industry, including new nutritional, fitness, pharma, and technology development trends</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>MD or DO with a specialization in endocrinology.</li> <li>Expert familiarity with digital health products, virtual care and metabolic care clinical guidelines.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills in director capacity and experience overseeing care delivery teams.</li> <li>Experience in conducting clinical efficacy studies and supporting HEOR research.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with payors, partners and employer clients.</li> <li>Ability to translate clinical developments in medicine into practical applications.</li> <li>Ability to work in collaborative manner with Business Operations, Marketing, Product, Data, and Growth teams that are geographically distributed.</li> <li>Ability to distill and communicate potentially complicated healthcare information to a vast audience of individuals with varying degrees of medical expertise in a way that is informative and concise</li> </ul> <h2>We're Excited About You Because</h2> <ul> <li>Have at least one unrestricted active medical license</li> <li>Have a proven track record in endocrinology and clinical research.</li> <li>Have the ability to drive growth initiatives through partnerships and client interactions.</li> <li>Have strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to healthcare.</li> <li>Have experience with digital healthcare products and clinical effectiveness studies.</li> <li>Have demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and supporting growth strategies.</li> <li>Has a strong operational, procedural, and documentation skillset to build a scalable foundation for provider practices</li> <li>Have a data mindset that embraces evidence-based medicine </li> <li>Are a great problem solver</li> <li>Thrive using technology yourself and to solve problems at scale</li> <li>Provide transparent, authentic, and effective communication to relevant teams and stakeholders.
