Job Title: Medicare Marketing QA Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location: 80% Remote | Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Every Wednesday onsite)
Pay rate: $38/HR - $40/HR W2

Job Description
Department- Medicare Marketing
Division- Government Business
Position Summary: Experienced, detail oriented, proofreader who will be responsible for the accuracy of the web, print and multi-media marketing materials. These materials developed internally as well as throughout vendor relationships.
Responsibilities Include Ensuring:

  • All benefit and product related information is present and correct particularly as it is related to mandatory marketing and communication material as outlined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
  • Accurate business-related information includes codes, phone numbers, offers, offer disclaimers and dates.
  • Accurate spelling, grammar, punctuation, point size, text style. Spacing and formatting.
  • All revisions from applicable Subject Matter Experts have been applied.
  • Style and branding guidelines are adhered.
  • All necessary information and legal disclaimers are present and correct including all interns related to the CMS Marketing Guidelines as outlined by the Medicare Marketing areas readiness checklist.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of our communication standards and styles to best uphold product integrity and consistency of writing style/tone.
  • Developing effective working relationships with and readily taking directions from Medicare Marketing team members.
  • Utilizing multiple information resources to verify accuracy of information.
Qualifications
  • Experience providing quality assurance support for complex, heavily regulated health products preferably health insurance or pharmaceutical related.
  • Experience proofreading variable content from print PDF, matrix tables or data tables
  • Strong organizational skills and this ability to work efficiently within the strict schedule deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in English or related discipline
