Our team includes clinicians, technologists, operators, and problem-solvers working together to make high-quality care more accessible for families nationwide.</p></div><p>We’re building a network of experienced midlife providers to deliver synchronous patient visits for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause. </p> <p>This is a <strong>1099 independent contractor role</strong> and is not an employment (W-2) position<strong>. </strong>As an independent contractor, you will not be eligible for employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, paid time off, workers’ compensation, or unemployment benefits. Pomelo Care will provide services to support your independent practice, such as client matching, billing and administrative support.</p> <h3><strong>As part of the Pomelo network, you will:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause</li> <li>Assess symptoms, develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications such as hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx, when clinically appropriate and legally permitted</li> <li>Maintain timely and accurate documentation</li> <li>Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo</li> </ul> <h3><strong>To join Pomelo’s growing network, you are/have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have an active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania where you will see patients </li> <li>You have a minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx</li> <li>You're comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems</li> <li>You have strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Credentialing process & next steps:</strong></h3> <p>Once you apply, our team will guide you through the credentialing process, which includes:</p> <ul> <li>Meeting with someone from our recruitment & clinical teams for 2-30-minute video calls</li> <li>Providing proof/verification of licensure & personal liability insurance</li> <li>Enrolling with commercial health plans in Massachusetts through Pomelo</li> <li>Completing a background screening</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Support for your midlife practice:</strong></h3> <p>By joining Pomelo, we will provide the support you need to focus on what you do best – caring for families. </p> <ul> <li><strong>Focus on Care, Not Paperwork:</strong> We handle credentialing, billing, and administrative support for visits conducted through Pomelo</li> <li><strong>Connect with Patients:</strong> We provide patient matching and scheduling support based on your availability, licensure, credentialing status, patient demand, and applicable payer or clinical requirements</li> <li><strong>Comprehensive Support:</strong> You’ll have access to administrative and technical support to navigate Pomelo’s systems, as well as documentation support for visits conducted through Pomelo</li> <li><strong>Clinical Community:</strong> You’ll have access to optional case consultations, optional provider forums, and optional clinical updates</li> <li><strong>Maintain Your Flexibility:</strong> You choose the days and times you make yourself available for Pomelo patient visits. Rates may vary by visit type, visit length, visit timing, payer requirements, and other program factors. Pomelo does not guarantee a minimum number of visits or earnings. Based on current visit rates and typical visit lengths, completed visits may result in approximate earnings equivalent to $100.00 to $120.00 per active visit hour. </p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3><strong>Potential Fraud Warning<br></strong></h3> <p><em><br>Please be cautious of potential recruitment fraud.
