Merchandising Executive (Fixed-Term Role)

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are someone who goes beyond task completion to continually optimise the user experience and drive conversion.<br><br><strong>What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):</strong><br>In this role, you will support our overall Ecommerce strategy by managing promotional banners, products, and recommended ranges. You will work closely with internal Marketing teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate product data and availability. By analysing customer interaction, you will help optimise the online journey and drive commercial growth.</p><p><strong>Day-to-day you can expect to:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage product lifecycle activities including setup, tagging, and stock availability.</p></li><li><p>Implement and audit campaign promotional banners across client portals.</p></li><li><p>Analyse category performance, search terms, and product engagement to identify growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Data team to enhance reporting and benchmark performance.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers through regular routines and trading meetings.</p></li><li><p>Support projects relating to website functionality and user experience improvements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all activity aligns with our quality and compliance standards.</p></li></ul><p><strong>To be successful, you'll have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A minimum of 1 year of experience in an E-commerce or Trading-focused role.</p></li><li><p>Strong IT literacy, including job-based experience with Microsoft Excel.</p></li><li><p>Excellent planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Proven influencing and decision-making capabilities.</p></li><li><p>A team player mindset with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to new challenges.</p></li><li><p>High standards of written and verbal communication.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Bonus points if you bring:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Understanding of Google Analytics 4 and PowerBI<strong><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Why Perkbox?</strong></p><p><span>It's an exciting time to join us at such a pivotal moment.
