We’re hiring metal fabricators at all experience levels—entry-level through senior.
If you’ve done MIG welding—especially aluminum—you’ll fit right in.
We build custom, one-off projects—not repetitive production work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Build and assemble custom metal projects
  • MIG weld (mostly aluminum, some steel)
  • Read prints (based on your experience level)
  • Grind, sand, and finish parts
  • Work with a team to get quality builds out the door
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • MIG welding experience (school or on-the-job)
  • Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in their work
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Willing to learn and get better
BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Aluminum welding experience
  • TIG experience
  • Custom fab or sign industry experience
ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS WELCOME

This is an hourly (non-exempt) position.
