We are looking for a MIS Executive with strong expertise in Excel and data reporting to join our team in Mansarovar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting key business data, ensuring that accurate and timely information is available to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments to create accurate reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools
  • Perform regular data analysis to track key business metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential areas of improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying discrepancies and resolving issues in the data
  • Design and implement data systems and tools for efficient data storage, retrieval, and reporting
  • Support senior management and department heads with data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis as required
  • Ensure timely delivery of all reports and data insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an MIS or data reporting role
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, and Charts)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Experience with Google Sheets and other cloud-based tools is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Candidates based in or near Mansarovar, Jaipur are preferred
