Mission Integration Lead

Description:

  • Serve in a customer-facing role to help develop and deploy integrated hardware-software products that meet customer and operational needs.
  • Support contract deliverables including training manuals, pre-deployment site surveys, and technical documentation.
  • Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Conduct radio frequency propagation analysis to build customer execution options.
  • Conduct pre-deployment site surveys with customers.
  • Ensure planning and execution incorporate electronic warfare employment considerations across business lines.
  • Provide input to product and engineering teams on features and configurations that improve EW product employment.
  • Develop training content, integrate it into unit training schedules, and deliver training to end users.
  • Advise customers and internal business lines on the appropriate employment of Anduril EW systems.
  • Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting support and resolve issues with customers and other teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an RF engineer, SIGINT/EW systems operator, or SIGINT/EW operations lead.
  • Experience employing SIGINT/EW systems in military operations from the tactical to operational level.
  • Strong familiarity with software defined radios and their architecture.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
  • Strong understanding of radio frequency propagation and how EW systems work.
  • Experience in project management and product deployment roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including to hazard zones.
  • Client management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in organizations with minimal structure and minimal direction preferred.
  • Prior military or government acquisition and/or government contracting experience preferred.
  • Experience as a SOF ground, maritime, or airborne SIGINT/EW tactical operator preferred.
  • Curriculum development and/or instructor experience preferred.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred.
  • Professional certification such as PMP preferred.
