Mixologist/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist, with minimum 3 years experience in restaurant bar environments to join our dynamic team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your creativity and knowledge of mixology will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experience, ensuring they enjoy their time at our establishment.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks.
  • Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
  • Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
  • Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to create signature drinks that complement the menu.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to continuously enhance the drink menu.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bartending or mixology is required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling transactions.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry is essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
