We welcome applications from:

  • Nurse Practitioners (NP)
  • Physician Assistants (PA)
  • Physicians (MD/DO)

Applicants must hold multiple active state licenses (6 or more) and at least ONE active DEA registration in the following states:

AL, AK, KY, MN, NV, SD, or WV

  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
  • Weight Loss / GLP-1 Therapy

  • Low-Acuity Urgent Care
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • Controlled Substance Prescribing

Requirements

✔ Active DEA registration in at least one of the following states:
AL, AK, KY, MN, NV, SD, WV

✔ Active multi-state medical licenses (NP, PA, MD, or DO)

✔ Previous telehealth or telemedicine experience

✔ Experience prescribing controlled substances preferred
(TRT experience strongly preferred)

✔ Comfortable conducting remote patient visits via video and audio

✔ Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
