In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for Retail Merchandising and Field Service positions supporting major home improvement retailers across multiple markets. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage high requisition volume, build strong candidate pipelines, and move quickly to fill priority openings without sacrificing candidate quality. The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting for Retail Merchandising, Field Operations, Retail Services, or other high-volume hourly workforce environments. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Service and Merchandising positions across West Coast markets Support cross-functional markets during seasonal slow-down periods and fluctuating business demands Source, screen, interview, and extend offers to qualified candidates in priority markets Partner closely with Regional Managers, Territory Managers, and Operational leadership to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities Maintain active pipelines for evergreen and hard-to-fill markets Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, social sourcing, and outbound outreach to generate candidate flow Conduct structured phone interviews focused on candidate qualifications, work history, schedule flexibility, travel expectations, and physical job requirements Drive candidates through onboarding completion and training handoff Maintain applicant records and recruiting activity within the ATS Prioritize urgent openings and develop targeted action plans for difficult markets Ensure a strong candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process Meet and maintain established recruiting KPIs related to sourcing activity, interview volume, offers extended, time-to-fill, and onboarding  Collaborate with Recruiting leadership on process improvements, sourcing strategy, and staffing initiatives QualificationsQualifications 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience required Previous experience recruiting within Retail Merchandising, Retail Construction, Field Operations, or variable-hour workforce environments strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and recruiting peers Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Preferred Experience Recruiting for multi-state or regional field teams Experience supporting large retail home improvement environments Knowledge of merchandising, resets, fixture installation, or retail field operations Why Join SRS?
