This role is intended for a recognized industry leader with deep technical expertise in nature-based solutions, resiliency, restoration, remediation, and related environmental disciplines.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Technical Advisor will provide senior-level technical guidance, thought leadership, mentorship, and strategic support across Anchor QEA’s 4Rs work. This role is designed to provide entrepreneurial freedom to apply technical knowledge, industry perspective, and professional relationships in ways that strengthen project outcomes, support strategic growth, and elevate Anchor QEA’s reputation in the marketplace.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Responsibilities:</span><br></p> <ul> <li>Provide senior-level technical advisory support across Anchor QEA’s 4Rs work: Remediation, Restoration, Resiliency, and Revitalization.</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert in nature-based solutions, resiliency, restoration, remediation, and related environmental disciplines.</li> <li>Advise project teams on high-impact projects by offering strategic technical review, external perspective, and innovative solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with Market Sector and Strategic Initiative Leads to identify and support high-value project opportunities.</li> <li>Support client development, strategic pursuits, peer-review opportunities, and market positioning.</li> <li>Mentor technical leaders and project teams by sharing expertise, industry perspective, and best practices.</li> <li>Represent Anchor QEA externally through conferences, presentations, publications, client meetings, and professional networks.</li> <li>Partner with marketing and communications teams to promote Anchor QEA’s 4Rs expertise and project successes.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">What Are We Looking For? </span></p> <p>Ideal candidates will have the following:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree or higher with 25+ years of relevant experience</li> </ul> <ul> <li>A recognized leader in remediation, restoration, resiliency, revitalization, nature-based solutions, and related environmental disciplines.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level technical guidance, technical review, strategic advice, and thought leadership on complex projects.</li> <li>Strong professional network across clients, agencies, industry partners, academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and/or community stakeholders.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, technical writing, client engagement, and executive-level advising.</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to mentorship, collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">What Can You Expect? </span></p> <p>A collaborative work environment where we encourage everyone to bring their authentic self. </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Who Are We? </span></p> <p>Anchor QEA provides environmental planning, science, and engineering consulting services with the mission of transforming our environment and communities with integrity and vibe.
