The candidate will implement an enterprise system to support case management operations critical to the operational efficiency of multiple programs.</p><p></p><p><b><u>What You will Do</u></b></p><p>A prospective candidate is responsible for implementing features, enhancements, and bug fixes for the system.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</u></b> </p><ul><li>Responsible for the design and development for customer facing applications that require high availability, concurrency, multi-tenancy, high scalability for a large global user base.</li><li>Work as full stack engineer on multiple layers of the product.</li><li>Manage changes to the system’s UI, dashboards, workflows, assets, and roles.</li><li>Contribute to the software design process by studying information needs; conferring with users; learning and incorporating new technology; making improvement suggestions</li><li>Build new features using TDD (Test driven development) and Domain driven design in DevOps environment with continuous integration, regression, and deployment, while maintaining the existing system and codebase.</li><li>Ensure feature quality by extensive testing covering different aspects such as unit, integration, functional, performance and regression with a focus towards automation.</li><li>Protect company and customer data by keeping information confidential</li><li>Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.</li><li>Highly experienced with back-end programming languages (ex: C#, JavaScript, SQL, React, Angular, etc.).</li><li>Duties are performed via a government approved computer system.  Employees are required to possess strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel.</li><li>Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice – management reserves the right to revise these duties as necessary.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Minimum Qualifications & Skills</u></b> </p><ul><li>5+ years' experience in software development (ex: C#, SQL, PowerShell)</li><li>3+ years' experience with a web development (ex: ASP.NET, Bootstrap, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery & CSS)</li><li>Experience with relational and non-relational databases, data modeling and SQL optimization.</li><li>Should have good knowledge of Agile/Scrum, continuous integration, and deployment.</li><li>Knowledge of code versioning tools (GIT, SVN etc.).</li><li>Object-oriented design and programming experience (ex: SOLID principles)</li><li>General IT (Information Technology) troubleshooting skills and regression testing techniques.</li><li>Experience with software design patterns and principles</li><li>Must possess strong computer skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Teams </li><li>Ability to type 45 wpm</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Work Environment</u> </b></p><p>This is a remote opportunity where occasional travel could be required.  Since this is a remote role, you must have a dedicated workspace conducive to full videoconferencing (camera and audio) for facilitating webinars and online discussions. </p><p> <br><b><u>Work Schedule</u> </b></p><p>This is a full-time position, but hours could vary depending on needs.
