Our locations offer state-of-the-art facilities equipped with cutting edge technology caring for over 2 million patients a year.</p> <p><span style="color: #208fad"><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Performs the following procedures according to established protocols</li> <li>Neurotoxins</li> <li>Dermal fillers</li> <li>Develops a treatment plan for each patient</li> <li>Sale of services and products</li> <li>Maintains inventory-tracking system for all injectables</li> <li>Serve as a patient advocate during patient consultations and treatment</li> <li>Discuss and record patients’ medications and allergies.</li> <li>Ensure proper consent forms are obtained prior to preparing a patient for treatment</li> <li>Explain treatment procedures (pre and post) to patients.</li> <li>Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.</li> <li>Inspects sterile items prior to opening and lay supplies out on sterile field in an organized manner.</li> <li>Responsible for cleaning room and medical equipment in between each patient and at the end of the day.</li> <li>Correctly disposes of infectious waste and biohazard materials.</li> <li>Schedule appointments for patients.</li> <li>Greet patients arriving at office or clinic.</li> <li>Perform general office duties, as necessary.</li> <li>Inventory and assess the need for instruments, supplies and equipment while keeping the room stocked</li> <li>Performs accurate documentation of all procedures in a timely manner</li> <li>Be prepared for potential emergencies by having knowledge of equipment and supplies and is familiar with their location</li> <li>Inventory and order medical emergency supplies and ensure all equipment is in proper working order.</li> <li>Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.</li> <li>Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization.</li> <li></li> </ul> <p>Interested in learning more?
