Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you<br><br><strong>About the Role </strong><br><br>The Onboarding Program Manager, GTM Enablement is responsible for rebuilding, launching, and leading a modern onboarding experience that accelerates time-to-productivity and sets a strong foundation for long-term success across the GTM organization. This role owns the end-to-end onboarding journey for sales and pre-sales roles, with a focus on the first 90 days.<br><br>Operating at the intersection of Enablement, Sales, Pre-Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics, this individual translates business priorities and performance data into a structured, role-based onboarding experience that drives consistency, confidence, and early performance. The role is accountable for the full lifecycle of onboarding, including program design, delivery, measurement, and continuous optimization.<br><br>As a senior individual contributor, this role acts as both a program architect and operator, ensuring onboarding is scalable, data-driven, and aligned to how UKG sells and delivers value.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>Own the end-to-end onboarding program for sales and pre-sales roles, from initial design through launch, execution, and continuous improvement.<br>Define and build a structured 90-day onboarding journey aligned to role, segment, and GTM priorities.<br>Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Revenue Operations, and analytics teams to identify performance gaps and define onboarding priorities.<br>Translate sales motions, product positioning, and key skills into role-based onboarding experiences and learning paths.<br>Establish and evolve the onboarding operating model, including program structure, milestones, and progression frameworks.<br>Drive measurable impact on early-stage performance, including ramp time, productivity, and readiness to engage with customers.<br>Define success metrics and leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess effectiveness and continuously optimize the program.<br>Partner with Core Programs, Learning Experience & Design and Field Enablement teams to ensure high-quality content, facilitation, and reinforcement in the flow of work.<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications </strong></p> <ul> <li>8 to 12 years of experience in program management, enablement, sales, or related GTM functions.</li> <li>8+ years; proven experience building or transforming onboarding or early-tenure programs, including role-based or segment-specific onboarding, tied to business outcomes.</li> <li>Strong understanding of sales and pre-sales roles in a B2B or SaaS environment.</li> <li>Experience partnering with Revenue Operations, analytics teams, or business analysts to incorporate data into program design.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into structured programs, frameworks, and execution plans.</li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.</li> <li>Strong business and analytical acumen, with experience defining success metrics and using insights to guide decisions.</li> <li>Familiarity with modern enablement tools, learning platforms, and AI-supported workflows.</li> <li>Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Experience supporting global GTM organizations.<br>Familiarity with sales methodologies and value-based selling.<br><br><br></p> <p><strong>Company Overview: </strong></p> <p>UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
