Come join our fastest growing homebuilding team in the country! We are seeking experienced team players for our online sales efforts supporting our Texas teams. This position can be based in Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond immediately to all e-mail and phone leads.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects to facilitate appointments with our New Home Consultants.
  • Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for all online leads.
  • Distribute information and marketing material to prospects.
  • Utilize lead management software, Live Chat, and other web-based tools.
  • Guide prospects in selecting the best community for their needs by connecting them with the appropriate New Home Consultant.
  • Assist with new community launches by building interest lists for “Coming Soon” communities.
  • Coordinate with the division marketer on mass mailings and e-blasts to prospective clients and Realtors.
  • Provide administrative office support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in real estate or homebuilding.
  • Advanced knowledge of internet, email, and sales databases.
  • Proven ability to overcome sales objections and concerns.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and database management.
  • Excellent email and phone communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Weekend availability and occasional travel required.
