We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Online Transcriptionists. In this fully remote, beginner-friendly role, you’ll convert audio or video recordings into written text. All you need is good listening skills, attention to detail, and basic typing ability. No prior transcription experience is necessary — full guidance and sample tasks will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to audio/video files and transcribe them accurately into text
  • Proofread and correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
  • Follow formatting guidelines based on project type (interviews, captions, legal, etc.)
  • Submit completed work within assigned deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive content

Qualifications and Requirements

  • No prior transcription experience needed
  • Good command of English (understanding different accents is a plus)
  • Basic typing skills (35+ WPM preferred)
  • Laptop, PC, or smartphone with stable internet access
