This role combines hands-on business analysis with quality assurance responsibilities, supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes during an active Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The position requires strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and experience testing SaaS applications, including Oracle quarterly updates.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>Business Analysis</strong></div><ul> <li>Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements</li> <li>Translate business needs into functional specifications, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria</li> <li>Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management</li> <li>Support user acceptance testing by assisting stakeholders and clarifying expected system behavior</li> </ul><div><strong>Quality Assurance & Testing</strong></div><ul> <li>Participate in test planning activities for Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates, patches, and major releases</li> <li>Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases</li> <li>Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing</li> <li>Validate application behavior against business requirements and acceptance criteria</li> <li>Document, track, and communicate defects, risks, and test results</li> </ul><div><strong>Release Readiness & Delivery Support</strong></div><ul> <li>Support release readiness assessments and production deployment validation</li> <li>Assist with regression testing related to Oracle quarterly updates</li> <li>Provide clear status reporting on testing progress, risks, and outcomes</li> <li>Ensure alignment between functional requirements, test coverage, and deployment readiness</li> </ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud</li> <li>Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes</li> <li>Proven background in SaaS application testing, including regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates</li> <li>Ability to perform both business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities</li> <li>Experience applying QA methodologies and test automation practices</li> <li>Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills</li> <li>Oracle HCM Cloud experience is required</li> </ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in enterprise environments</li> <li>Familiarity with structured testing frameworks and release management processes</li> <li>Experience working in fast-paced or time-sensitive implementation projects</li> </ul><div><strong>Core Skills & Attributes</strong></div><ul> <li>Strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud applications</li> <li>Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively</li> <li>Detail-oriented approach to requirements, testing, and documentation</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and delivery</li> </ul> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
