<p><strong><u>JOB SUMMARY:</u></strong></p> <p>A Lead Technical Consultant at Argano is a senior member of the Technical Consulting team with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM solutions delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This role is responsible for leading and managing mid to large-scale enterprise transformation programs leveraging Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM) and associated Platform services.</p> <p>This individual provides technical leadership across the entire solution lifecycle, including integration architecture, SaaS extension strategy, data architecture, and enterprise integrations. The Lead Technical Consultant plays a key role in designing and delivering cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven solutions using Oracle technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI services, and Fusion extensibility frameworks.</p> <p>The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud SaaS integrations, data flows, reporting, and extensibility, along with the ability to guide clients through continuous innovation in Oracle’s quarterly SaaS release model.</p> <p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage mid to large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM implementation and integration projects. </li> <li>Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives. </li> <li>Design and deliver cloud-native architectures aligned with Oracle SaaS best practices and standards (adopt-over-customize). </li> <li>Lead solution design for:  <ul> <li>Integrations (REST APIs, events, FBDI, BICC, OIC)</li> <li>Data migration and reconciliation</li> <li>Reporting and analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI where applicable)</li> </ul></li> <li>Architect and implement SaaS extensions using PaaS/OCI services, ensuring upgrade-safe designs aligned with Oracle’s quarterly cloud updates. </li> <li>Define and enforce integration strategy using API-first and event-driven architecture principles. </li> <li>Develop and oversee proof-of-concepts, accelerators, and reusable integration frameworks. </li> <li>Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, performance, security, and compliance. </li> <li>Lead technical governance to ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and release management practices. </li> <li>Support continuous innovation adoption, including Redwood UX, AI-driven features, and new capabilities introduced through quarterly releases. </li> <li>Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. </li> <li>Mentor and coach technical consultants and developers across Oracle Cloud technologies. </li> <li>Stay current with emerging Oracle Cloud capabilities, including:  <ul> <li>Embedded AI/GenAI features in ERP/SCM</li> <li>Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)</li> <li>OCI-native services and integrations</li> </ul></li> <li>Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business and executive stakeholders. </li> <li>Participate in solutioning, pre-sales support, and technology roadmap development aligned with Argano’s strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p> <p><u>EDUCATION</u>:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.</li> <li>Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.</li> <li>Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.</li> </ul> <p><u>EXPERIENCE</u>:</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience delivering <strong>Oracle ERP solutions</strong>, with strong focus on <strong>Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM SaaS</strong>.</li> <li>5 -
