This newly added position will play a critical role in building community partnerships, increasing awareness of our programs, and helping more families access the care they need. </p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></u></p><p><strong>Build Strategic Community Partnerships</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations. </li><li>Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities throughout Northeast Florida. </li><li>Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for referral partners. </li><li>Conduct regular follow-up visits and outreach activities to strengthen referral relationships. </li></ul><p><strong>Drive Growth & Admissions</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with Admissions and Clinical teams to support census growth and admissions goals. </li><li>Create and execute territory plans designed to increase referrals and community awareness. </li><li>Monitor referral trends and outreach effectiveness, providing recommendations to leadership. </li><li>Facilitate warm introductions between prospective families and the Admissions team. </li></ul><p><strong>Represent HavenRise in the Community</strong></p><ul><li>Attend networking events, conferences, health fairs, school functions, and community meetings. </li><li>Deliver engaging presentations and educational trainings to healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations. </li><li>Coordinate outreach events, open houses, and professional education opportunities. </li><li>Serve as a brand ambassador for HavenRise Academy and our mission.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>Annual Salary</strong>: $70,000 – $80,000 plus monthly bonus opportunity.</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Mileage Reimbursement</li><li>Mission-Driven Culture Focused on Helping Adolescents Thrive</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Jacksonville, FL -REMOTE</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.</li><li>Minimum of 2 year of experience in healthcare outreach, community relations, physician relations, ideally in a behavioral health setting.</li><li>Existing relationships with pediatricians, school districts, guidance counselors, therapists, hospitals, or community agencies in Florida strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral, admissions, sales, or business development goals. </li><li>Experience presenting to professional audiences and community groups. </li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and referral tracking tools.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. </li><li>Ability to travel throughout the Jacksonville and surrounding market.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong></p><p>You are:</p><ul><li>A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people. </li><li>Comfortable networking and representing an organization in the community. </li><li>Passionate about improving access to behavioral health services. </li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. </li><li>Skilled at turning conversations into long-term partnerships. </li><li>Knowledgeable about the challenges facing adolescents and families seeking mental health care. </li></ul><p><br></p>
