Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims in a timely and efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and empathetically with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders. Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze and assess complex claim situations and determine appropriate courses of action. Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering and evaluating evidence, reviewing policy coverage, and estimating damages. Maintain accurate and detailed claim records, including documenting all relevant information and updates. Collaborate with internal and external teams, such as underwriters, attorneys, and vendors, to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices. Utilize technology and software systems to manage and track claims, as well as generate reports and data analysis. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of insurance laws, policies, and procedures. Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions. Work independently while still being a team player and collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
