<p><b>Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Part-time, Remote, Commission only)</b><br></p><b><br></b> <p><b>Job Summary:</b><br><br></p>The Outside Sales Representative's goal is to saturate our district and grow our customer base by providing top-quality service to our customers.Our client's products include Reverse Osmosis filtration, Iron filters, Water Softeners, and Whole Home filtration systems. <br>The Sales Representatives will be selling an high-end, household, commercial and industrial water treatment systems to our new clients in the GTA region. <br><br><br><br><b>Responsibilities:</b><br> <ul> <li>Customer management<br></li> <li>Ownership over the lifecycle and account management of our customer accounts. Build strong relationships, customer accounts, and ensure exceptional customer service.<br></li> <li>Perform sale calls to new inbound customers with 1 hour of receiving the inbound call and 7 days after installs.<br></li> <li>Prospecting for clients, networking, communication, and presentation skills.<br></li> <li>Work with clients to determine the best solutions for the customer needs.<br></li> <li>Job task planning and organizing to maintain your own appointment schedule.<br></li> <li>Perform in-home Demonstrations and maintain sales demo kit.<br></li> <li>Perform water analysis, and system design solutions (with ongoing training).<br></li> <li>Arranging payments from customers.<br></li> <li>Be positive and receptive towards ongoing training, coaching and self-development.<br></li> <li>Have a good vehicle and keep your vehicle in good condition, repairs and maintenance.<br></li> </ul><br><br><b>Qualifications:</b><br><br> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED<br></li> <li>Must be a self-starter with a drive for results!<br></li> <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision<br></li> <li>Mathematically inclined is an asset<br></li> <li>Prior CRM software experience is preferred<br></li> <li>Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferred<br></li> <li>Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal is a must<br></li> <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license class 5 with a clean driver’s abstract<br></li> <li>Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.<br></li> <li>Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.<br><br></li> </ul><br> <p>Here at Primus Workforce, we provide safety-minded, experienced personnel support throughout the oil & gas, construction, technical trades, and other sectors to our clients' long-term and short-term contingency needs.
