Outside Sales Representative - Business Development

Thomas Printworks is seeking a results driven sales professional to lead new business development across a regional territory from our Miami, FL office. This role is ideal for a proven hunter who excels at prospecting, building a pipeline, and winning consultative sales opportunities for integrated print and marketing fulfillment solutions. You will work alongside a strong operations and sales support team to build long-term client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined regional territory
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with clear, value-based opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solving customer challenges
  • Identify opportunities for integrated print, branded environment, and marketing fulfillment solutions
  • Collaborate with estimating, customer service, production, and fulfillment teams to deliver on commitments
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, sales activity, and forecasting in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Consistently build a pipeline capable of generating more than $1M annually within 24 months
  • Manage territory planning and sales forecasting to meet growth targets

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in print, packaging, marketing services, or another business-to-business consultative sales environment
  • A track record of proactive prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new business
  • Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome
  • Print industry experience is helpful, but we value selling ability, discipline, and mindset most
